Shipping policy

We have orders made and shipped within 3 business days, unless we have communicated otherwise. Example being a guard sent in for a template to be made. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are business days. Saturday and Sunday are not. Exact time depends on current order volume, and/or events not under our control (like fires, floods, hurricanes, family emergencies, etc.).  
-US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and have a typical transit time of 2-5 business days. This time is NOT guaranteed, and depends on your location. Sometimes packages make it across the country to your door in 2 business days, while other times it takes 5 business days to go to a single USPS facility. This is beyond our control and we have no power over this. No shipping times are guaranteed by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
-Orders outside the US ship with either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other import charges assessed by their country. I personally do not know how much the fees will be. I will NOT mark an order as a "gift" due to it being fraud, and it jeopardizes my ability to ship out of the internationally. Refusing a shipment does not qualify for a full refund. The carrier may charge for the return shipping and/or customs-related fees.
